Yes, all our vehicles require a refundable deposit on the pick-up day which start at $100. This deposit is held until the vehicle is returned in the same condition, cleanliness, and fuel level.
No, we encourage all renters to have their own Roadside Assistance either through their insurance, AAA or an alternative provider.
Yes, full coverage insurance is required to rent our vehicles. Full coverage insurance includes Collision, Comprehensive and Liability coverages and must extend to our rental vehicle. Coverage needs to be active for your entire rental agreement and all extensions you request to your rental term. If you do not have insurance of your own we do have other options for you.
A copy of your insurance declaration page needs to be submitted at the time of your reservation. For terms longer than 28 days, we may contact you periodically in the months that follow, to obtain updated insurance verification.
We encourage our renters to have a maximum deductible of $500. However, if you have a higher deductible such as $1000, you will be required to leave the additional $500 at the time you sign your rental agreement, as an added security measure. That additional deposit will be refunded to you assuming no claim has been opened for you during the duration of your rental agreement
If you do not have insurance, we do offer a Damage Waiver starting at $300 per month with a $1000 refundable deposit.
Yes, you may. However, keep in mind that if you rent the vehicle for three weeks, you will be charged at a weekly rate. Our most competitive rates are for 28-day terms.
Yes, you may pay for your vehicle rental in cash. However, a valid credit card in your name will need to be kept on file.
Our vehicles are only to be driven within the set boundaries we have created in San Diego County. This helps us maintain well running vehicles, at a low cost.
All our vehicles are GPS enabled and monitored. We are alerted as soon as one of our vehicles drives out of our boundaries.
Yes, A penalty fee of $175 will be charged to your account when the vehicle is removed from its set boundaries.

questions during our simple reservation process and offer a personalized
vehicle pick-up appointment. Once you arrive at our office you will be greeted
and served with respect. We will review our contract with you, to make sure you
understand our terms and provide pricing breakdown. Documentation on your vehicle
will be provided along with a complete check-out sheet with all prior damage,
fuel level and condition noted. We provide this as a courtesy, and we always
encourage our renters to take photos themselves prior to driving off our lot.
We maintain all vehicles to the highest standards and document all cosmetic
flaws. We also work with local third-party providers to ensure our renters have
access to fast and reliable maintenance services, when needed. As a small family
